Peristaltic pump hose
Using good silica gel raw material, after platinum curing process. It is used with peristaltic pump to ensure reliable flow and long service life.
Regular peristaltic pump pipe material has high purity, high wear resistance and high tear resistance and other properties, the production needs to strictly control the thickness of the flexible pipe wall, material hardness and other processes. We suggest users to use a good hose, poor quality hose can not guarantee the normal work of the pump, and even damage the pump head.
The pump tube has been strictly tested and inspected before leaving the factory. The specially made silicone tube for the peristaltic pump is very different from the ordinary silicone tube, which is mainly shown in the tear resistance, tensile performance, resilience, tolerance control of the pump tube size, etc.

Select the steps of the hose
1 Determine the appropriate hose material for the fluid to be delivered
2 Select the pump pipe according to the required flow rate combined with the driver.
3 The factors that affect the hose performance: the hose recovery determines the suction, the strength determines the pressure, the aperture determines the flow size, and the wall thickness determines the pumps working efficiency and outlet pressure.
Immersion test in the selection of pump pipe materials:
For some liquid delivery applications, especially for special liquids such as organic solvents, a soak test is usually performed before selecting the hose material.
Test Method:
1. Measure the weight and appearance of the hose.
Dissolve the hose in an airtight container containing the liquid to be transported and soak for 48 hours.
3 Remove the hose to clean and dry the liquid on the surface of the hose.
4. Test whether the weight, appearance, expansion, brittleness, elasticity and other characteristics of the hose are changed.
5 If there is no change, it can be used.
Note: silicone tube can not be used to transport organic solvents, strong acid and alkali and other corrosive liquids, please call for advice, we choose a suitable imported hose for you
